What’s one tool you can’t live without when working on projects?

When you're a developer, designer, writer, or freelancer, there’s always that one tool you rely on every single time.

What’s the tool you absolutely can’t work without — and why?

For me it's different AI tools like ChatGPT and Canva. ChatGPT helps me brainstorm ideas and write content faster by providing information when I need it plus it helps solve problems when I'm stuck..And Canva makes design work so much easier even though I'm not a professional designer... I can create decent graphics quickly without needing Photoshop skills. These two tools honestly save me hours every week and let me do work I couldn't handle on my own before.
Without a doubt, Notion. I rely on it for all my needs. From managing projects to writing documentation, recording client etc. Previously I was switching between spreadsheets, note-taking apps and various task managers. Now I’m able to share particular pages with my clients so they can view work progress live.

For me, I use Google Docs often. It has saved me a lot of time. It lets me edit from anywhere, even when I’m inside the bus. Everything just sync automatically. Sometimes, I use Trello, but Docs is my top choice.

Since I work on Youtube videos, I can't go without DaVinci Resolve. It's my favorite free video editing software on Windows. Another program I can't go without is GIMP, it's a photo manipulating tool similar to Photoshop but it's free. This is how I make the thumbnails for my videos. I don't have enough money to have an Adobe subscription, so these tools work great for me.
Even though I do a lot of things, I am basically a writer and I write on MS Word. Not just articles but even when writing thoughtful topics for forums, I use Word. I usually keep a drafts of forum posts on Word, and then post on various forums. As a writer, I cannot live without Word.
